Q: How can I return my purchase?

Note : If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note : We cover all shipping costs if the product is defective within the first 7 days or if the return is the result of our error. The buyer is responsible for round trip shipping costs on all other returns.

Q: How does warranty work?

It DOES NOT cover 1. Any damages due to human mistake, misuse, misconduct 2. Scratches, dent marks, or any other mechanical mark on product 3. Degradation of battery 4. Consumable parts are subjected to wear and tear Note : For warranty service, you are hereby agree that once product is unboxed and item is used, option to return / refund is no longer accepted due to warranty activation and hygiene reasons.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

Upon successful collection of payment, we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection.

Orders via self collection will be prepared by the next working day. We will send you a message via Email or Whatssap when your order is ready for collection. Please provide a mobile number for this purpose upon check out.

Our retail warehouse store address for self collection is 41 Jln Pemimpin, #02-01D, Kong Beng Industrial Building, Singapore 577186.

Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday. 9.30am to 5.30pm. / Saturday. 9.30am to 12.30pm.
We are closed on sundays and public holidays.

Free shipping on orders $60+ in Singapore.

It will be shipped in 2~7 business days.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. If your package arrived missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at playthecandle@gmail.com Note: Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.

If your order has not yet been shipped or isn't in the process of being packed, you can edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes. Please email playthecandle@gmail.com if you have any further questions.
